Early Career Workshop

In March 2023, we had the next edition of our regular Early Career Workshop. As previously, the event took place at the picturesque Volkenroda Monastery, a few kilometers from Erfurt. The workshop is a gathering for PhD students supervised or advised by Prof. Biermann, and it presents an excellent opportunity for each candidate to deliver a presentation of their projects and receive feedback on their works. The get away in Volkenroda is also a team building activity as we spend our evenings together and also enjoy some common activities such as a guided tour of the Monastery.
