Prof. Rafael Biermann gave two guest lectures at the University of Bologna on 15 April, one on “Reconciliation in Former Yugoslavia”, the other on “Failed crisis prevention in Ukraine”. He also discussed options for a student and staff Erasmus exchange agreement with the Institute of International Relations of the University of Bologna.
