Rafael Biermann attended an international workshop “Exploring Dynamics of ‘Frozen conflicts’ through Actor-based Interactions” at our partner, University of Tartu in Estonia on 18 March 2023. It was organized by the De Facto States Research Unit of Prof. Eiki Berg. Rafael Biermann gave a presentation on “Frozen Conflicts and Patron-Client Relations”. The workshop kicked off a new research programme of our partner institution.
