The Chair of International Relations at FSU Jena would like to extend an invitation for the first public lecture of the year, titled China as Norm Taker, Norm Breaker, or Norm Maker of International Law in Asia. Our guest speaker will be Dr. Patrick Hein, a lecturer at Ochanomizu National Women's University Tokyo.
